About the role
You are a closer. You run the full sales cycle: sourcing, outreach, demo, negotiation, close. You will have a product with real demand, a team behind you, and a commission structure that rewards results. LATAM, Turkish, or CIS market knowledge is a direct advantage — these are our growth markets.
Your first 90 days
Day 14: product certified and first demo delivered. Day 30: 5 qualified demos completed. Day 60: first deal closed. Day 90: 3 active accounts.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years B2B SaaS or CPaaS sales
- iGaming, fintech, or affiliate industry experience
- CRM discipline — clean pipeline, accurate forecasting
- English B2+; Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish, or Russian is a major plus
Tech context
Selling AI retention SaaS. Average deal: $1,000–$10,000/mo MRR. Outbound + inbound mix. Tools: Bitrix24 CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Telegram outreach.
