Marketing Manager
About the role
You will own the marketing function at a growth-stage company with a product that actually works. This means: you set the strategy, you execute it, and you measure it. We need someone who has done B2B marketing in iGaming or adjacent tech and knows the ICE/SiGMA/affiliate world firsthand.
Your first 90 days
Day 14: marketing audit complete. Day 30: Q2 calendar approved. Day 60: 2 content campaigns launched. Day 90: represented at 1 industry event, pipeline attribution model in place.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years B2B marketing in tech, iGaming, or fintech
- Content + SEO + event marketing experience
- English C1+
- Data-driven: you know your CAC and MQL metrics
- iGaming industry network is a strong advantage
Tech context
Tools: HubSpot or equivalent CRM, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Telegram channels, iGaming events (SiGMA Valletta, ICE London, iGB Affiliate).
