About the role
We need a BA who takes ownership: you do not wait for engineers to ask questions, you anticipate them. You will work directly with Product, Engineering, and enterprise clients to document integrations, write user stories, and validate that what was built matches what was agreed.
Your first 90 days
Day 14: full product certification. Day 30: first independent feature spec delivered. Day 60: 5 existing client integration flows documented. Day 90: full BA ownership of one product area.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years BA in a tech, fintech, or SaaS company
- Strong documentation skills (BRD, user stories, use cases)
- SQL basics for data validation
- English B2+; Russian is a plus
- Jira + Confluence proficiency
Tech context
Work with Engineering on Django/FastAPI integration specs. Use Jira for task tracking, Confluence for documentation, SQL for data validation against PostgreSQL.
